As we approach our 90th anniversary, SHIN-NAKAMURA CHEMICAL has established the mid- to long-term management plan FNG90 (Fine Niche Global 90).
Involving every aspect of the company, from business development to internal organization, a dynamic reform is now underway in order to make this plan a reality. New organizations have been created, with the New Business Dept. and Procurement Dept. becoming independent.
A small-scale plant was also newly opened to allow us to flexibly adapt our production system when needed. Under our new organizational structure, Research & Development, Production, Quality Assurance, Sales, New Business, and General Affairs will work in close partnership and create synergy as we strive to pioneer the future through manufacturing.
Staff of all ages spark new ideas as part of one team
All of our departments are staffed by employees from a wide variety of age groups, from young talent to experienced veterans. These team members, each with their unique experiences and perspectives, bring their own opinions to the table, bouncing them off each other to spark the creation of something new. This process helps reveal entirely new ways of working and formulating proposals. Right at this very moment, vibrant and vigorous discussions are being carried out in SHIN-NAKAMURA CHEMICAL.
